


I've Got Claws! The Good Girl's Guide To Bad Girl Self Defense incoporates
kung fu, a martial art that gives even the smallest frame a new kind of strength,
into your daily routine for maximum results. Kung Fu uses fluid, dance-like
movement that don't lack in intensity or in ability to strengthen and stretch
your body. The I've Got Claws program is designed to challenging and rewarding
- for both your muscles and your mind.
Our goal is to eliminate the notion
that self defense is just about technique. That is akin to teaching
a basketball player only the skill of dribbling. The I've Got Claws!
Training Program believes in four primary principles for creating self defense
preparedness:
1. A fit body can help you get away from a dangerous situation
2. Self defense is highly reliant upon increasing self awareness
3. Technique that is natural to your everyday body movement is more effective
4. Empowerment is achieved when you have combined knowledge,
skill and experience.
Originally developed by Marc Heon and
Randi Smith-Todorowski at Atlas Martial Arts in 2006, the I've Got Claws!
Training Program was created using some of the most innovative self defense
and awareness improvement methods from the ancient teachings of Kung Fu. The
